Beaulieu is a small village located on the south-eastern edge of the New Forest national park in Hampshire, and home to both Palace House and the British National Motor Museum. Take a Rib Charter along the tranquil Beaulieu River to the picturesque Buckler’s Hard, visit the maritime Museum and have a spot of lunch overlooking the water at The Master Builder’s House Hotel.


Cowes is the mecca for UK sailing, home to the oldest and largest sailing regatta in the world, and The Royal Yacht Squadron, with its rich history since 1815.


Lymington is a Georgian market town, famous for its sailing history and set on the coast in the New Forest National Park, between Southampton and Bournemouth.

The Solent

The Solent is a strait of the English Channel between the coast of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, about twenty miles long and five miles wide. The Solent hosts a rich maritime history and periodic sailing events.


Southampton is at the centre of the Solent giving easy access for Rib Charter to the most popular destinations including Cowes, Portsmouth and Hamble.  Southampton International Boat Show, a British Marine event, attracts thousands of visitors annually for boat buyers, with exhibitors, products and boats for everyone.  Take the opportunity to get out on the water to enjoy the entertainment at The Water Zone.


Yarmouth town is located Northwest of the Isle of Wight. The quaint historic town sits at the mouth of the River Yar, includes a 16th Century castle and the UK’s longest pier with views of the west wight coastline.
